Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
At Tina Makes Studio (Tina Makes LLC), we offer flexible purchase options, including subscriptions (Sticker Club) and pre-orders. By selecting any of these options at checkout, you agree to the following legally binding cancellation terms:
1. Subscriptions (Sticker Club & Recurring Orders)
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on your selected duration and frequency.

Payment Authorization: Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be charged automatically for each delivery unless you have chosen a prepaid plan.

Auto-Renewal: All subscriptions auto-renew at the end of their period. It is the customer's sole responsibility to manage or cancel their subscription.

Cancellation Deadline: You may cancel or change your subscription at any time. However, to avoid being charged for the next scheduled delivery, cancellations must be performed at least 48 hours before your next billing date.

Post-Billing Policy: Once a subscription payment has been processed, that specific order is Final Sale. We do not offer refunds or returns for subscription boxes already billed or shipped. You can manage your subscription via the link in your order confirmation emails.
2. Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are reserving an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product.

Payment: We collect full payment at checkout to reserve your item and allocate it to our production/inventory cycle.

Cancellation Window: You may cancel a pre-order only before the order has been fulfilled/processed for shipping. Once the order status changes to "Fulfilled" or "Processing," it becomes Final Sale and cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned.

Fulfillment: Pre-orders ship as soon as inventory arrives. Estimated shipping dates are provided for convenience but are subject to carrier and production availability.
3. Try Before You Buy

Not Available: Tina Makes Studio does not offer "Try Before You Buy" options. All items in our store, including apparel and home goods, must be paid in full at the time of purchase and are subject to our standard Return Policy.
4. General Terms for Purchase Options

Discounted Items: Any subscription tier or pre-order item purchased using a discount code, coupon, or during a sale event is strictly Final Sale and ineligible for exchange or store credit.
