Refund Policy

At Tina Makes Studio (Tina Makes LLC), we create stationery, apparel, and home goods "Made for people with real life." Because our products are handcrafted, customized, or produced in small batches, we have established the following policy to ensure the sustainability of our studio while providing the best service possible.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Final Sale: Due to the personalized and small-batch nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. We encourage you to review your selection carefully before completing your purchase.

  • Damages & Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us at hello@tinamakesstudio.com within 3 days of delivery with photo evidence. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • One-Time Exchange: If a return is authorized due to a manufacturing error, the item must be returned within 14 days in its original, unused condition (unworn, with tags, and in original packaging). We allow one exchange per eligible item.

Non-Returnable Items (Strictly Final Sale)

To maintain our standards as an independent studio, the following items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges:

  • Sale & Discounted Items: Any products purchased using a discount code, coupon, or during a sale event are final sale.

  • Custom & Personalized Products: Special orders or personalized items cannot be canceled or returned once production has begun.

  • Digital Products: All digital downloads and memberships are non-refundable due to their nature.

  • Gift Cards: We do not accept returns on gift cards.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (If Applicable)

If a refund is approved under exceptional circumstances, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Approved refunds will be automatically processed on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund.
