Shipping Policy

At Tina Makes Studio (Tina Makes LLC), we strive to ensure that your orders—crafted for real life—reach you in perfect condition. Please review our shipping guidelines below:

1. Processing Time

Our processing time is 1–5 business days before shipment, depending on inventory and availability. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

2. Shipping Methods & Tracking

  • Standard Shipping: Once processed, we ship via USPS (estimated 3–8 business days).

  • Upgraded Shipping: You may choose to upgrade to Priority Mail or UPS (estimated 2–4 business days) at checkout for faster delivery.

  • Tracking: Every order includes a tracking number, which will be sent to you via email as soon as your package is on its way.

3. Shipping Carrier Responsibility

Once your order is handed over to the carrier (USPS or UPS), any delays, damages, or issues during transit are the sole responsibility of the carrier. While we provide the tracking information, we cannot be held liable for the package once it leaves our studio.

4. Damage & Loss Claims

  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. Keep all packaging and take photos of the damage to support your claim. We are happy to provide any order details needed to assist you in this process.

  • Missing Packages: If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact your local post office. If it cannot be located, you must file a loss or theft claim with the carrier and, if necessary, local law enforcement. Stolen mail is a serious matter and should be reported.

5. International Shipping

For international orders, please be aware that customs fees, taxes, or import duties may apply upon delivery. These charges are determined by your country's customs office and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

6. Address Updates ("Real Life" Happens)

We understand that mistakes happen! If you notice an error in your shipping address:

  • The 2-Hour Window: Please email us at hello@tinamakesstudio.com within 2 hours of placing your order. We can update the address for you without canceling the order.

  • After Shipment: Once a package has shipped, we cannot change the address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will need to purchase a Reshipping Label from our shop to have it sent to the correct location.

  • Final Check: Please double-check your address before confirming your order. We are not responsible for items that are undeliverable due to incorrect information provided by the buyer.
